Saturday's Merseyside derby between Everton and Liverpool was a truly incredible affair, with rival supporters at Goodison Park treated to a highly-entertaining match packed full of goals and incidents.
However, despite the abundance of impressive football on display on Saturday, there was one unsavoury incident that marred the otherwise great occasion - Belgian midfielder Kevin Mirallas' awful, knee-high lunge on Luis Suarez that, incredibly, was not punished with a straight red card.
