Miami Heat star LeBron James has revealed he will host a Thanksgiving dinner at his Cleveland home on Thursday, reports the Bleacher Report.
The forward has invited his Miami Heat teammates to the meal, which will be prepared by both LeBron and his wife Savannah Brinson.
The Heat face LeBron's former side Cleveland Cavaliers at the Quicken Loans Arena on Wednesday night, which has allowed him to host a festive dinner at his house in the state of Ohio.
LeBron said on his upcoming cooking duties: “We would have loved to have been here for the holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas being here in Miami.
"We don’t mind playing on those holidays. Wish we could have been here, but I am happy that I’m able to do something for the team for Thanksgiving…I’m a great host.
“It’s natural for me. I don’t mind giving guys what they want — what they deserve.”
LeBron will be hoping his side can stretch their seven-game unbeaten streak when the Heat face Eastern Conference strugglers Cleveland Cavaliers before Thursday's festivities.
The 28-year-old definitely has enough room in his house to host such an event as his $9.2million Ohio home has 30,000 acres of land, six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
LeBron and co. will have just one day to recover from their meal as the Heats face the Toronto Raptors on Friday.
