Norwich City striker Luciano Becchio has admitted that he has been left frustrated about being left in the dark by Chris Hughton.
The Argentine striker arrived at Carrow Road on a three and a half year deal from Leeds United on deadline day last January, which also saw Steve Morrison head in the other direction.
Since his arrival at Norwich the 29 year old has gone on to only make nine Premier League appearances during the second half of the 2012/2013 campaign for the East Anglia outfit.
The striker who netted 85 goals for Leeds in 220 appearances during his four year spell at the club has yet to feature for the Canaries this season as he has found himself down the pecking order following the summer arrivals of Ricky van Wolfswinkel, Garry Hooper and Johan Elmander.
This in turn has led to the striker who has been largely forgotten by the football world voicing his disappointment at being left out from Hughton's XI.
"I'm surprised and frustrated what has happened to me," he told the Mirror.
"It's not as if there has been a problem between me and the manager. We've had no arguments, no confrontations. It's just normal and I've carried on working hard in training, scoring goals.
"If I'd been played and not done it for the team, I could understand it. Then I'd have an explanation.
"But I've not had any chance to show what I can do and I've not been given any reasons. I'm mystified by whats going on. I can't understand it at all."
Becchio's lack of playing time at Carrow Road this season and his disappointment at not featuring for the club has left the striker to ponder his future at the Premier League club, whilst it is also understood that several championship sides are eager to take the hitman on loan.
"I've not had the chance and I am not getting any answers either. If the club don't want me what's the point of signing me?
"If I'm not helping the team, what's the point in me staying? I can't figure it out at all."
