Green Bay Packers star Aaron Rodgers has revealed he hopes to return to action in December, reports ESPN

Rodgers missed the Packers' 40-10 defeat to the Detroit Lions yesterday, however the 29-year-old has boosted the side as he's revealed that he expects to feature against the Atlanta Falcons on December 8.

The Packers quarterback has now missed the last four games with an injured collarbone, however he has now set a target for his return to action.

The Packers will be desperate to see Rodgers return to the team as they look to get back to winning ways.

Rodgers returned to practice on Tuesday and will now hope to regain his full fitness in time for the crunch clash with the Falcons.

The Falcons meanwhile will turn their attentions to this Sunday as they take on the Buffalo Bills at the Rogers Centre. The Falcons are also in desperate need of victory after losing five straight matches in the Southern Division.
