This definitely isn't something you see every day, and definitely something which shouldn't be seen in the modern game.
A home supporter was thrown out of Tromso's Alfheim Stadium during their Europa League clash against Tottenham on Thursday night after it appeared that he was caught verbally abusing Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas.
Reidar Stenersen Jr, a 29-year-old hairdresser from the city of Tromso, appeared to subject Villas-Boas to abuse from the stands before half-time when the score was goalless.
The Spurs boss took offence to the chants and notified a steward, who then confronted Stenersen who was sat in the front row, just behind the Spurs dugout where AVB was sitting.
The steward wanted to move stands - but he rejected the idea and walked out to watch the remainder of the game in a pub just down the road in the city centre.
Stenersen supports Manchester United, the club Spurs play on Sunday. He claims he chanted: "You're getting sacked in the morning," and Villas Boas didn't like it at all.
His opinion of the matter is that Villas-Boas, under pressure following last week's terrible 6-0 defeat to the Citizens, was guilty of overreacting.
"I first sung after five minutes that he would be 'sacked in the morning' and he looked at me," Stenersen told Norwegian newspaper Nordlys.
"At the half-time whistle, when it was still 0-0 and I started the same song, he pointed at me and suddenly the security came and threw me out.
"I know he is under a lot of pressure so I think my words hit him, even though I am only a little guy in little Tromso. He was being a bit petulant. This is the same thing that can be sung by 60,000 at the Emirates Stadium or other grounds."
Luckily, Tottenham won the game 2-0 thanks to second-half goals from new signing Vlad Chiriches and also Mousa Dembele.
Perhaps he was just bantering? Although you don't see that too often at a football game!
