Thibaut Courtois has revealed that it will take 'a few months' before he decides his future.
The Belgian signed for Chelsea in the summer of 2011 but has yet to feature for the Blues.
Instead, Courtois has been loaned out to Atletico Madrid for three seasons in row. During that time he has elevated himself to be considered not only one of the best young goalkeepers in the world but one of the best overall.
With Petr Cech still firmly the number one at Stamford Bridge, Courtois' future role at Chelsea is in doubt.
La Liga clubs are now fully aware of his talents and both Barcelona and Real Madrid are on the market for a new goalkeeper. It was rumoured that all three of Spain's big clubs will attempt to take Courtois off of Jose Mourinho's hands permanently.
But Chelsea are reluctant to see the young star leave, seeing him as a natural and long term successor to Cech. Mourinho has already stated that he has no plans to sell Courtois.
However, Coutois is seemingly undecided on whether he wants to play for Chelsea next season and doesn't know where he will be.
He told El Mundo Deportivo: "It is not certain. I'll see in a few months where my future will be."
