LeBron James misses easy dunk in Bobcats clash

For the vast majority of us who aren't blessed enough to be nearly seven-feet tall, or alternatively have legs that can propel us 10-feet in the air, the feasibility of performing a slam-dunk is about as likely as winning a fight with Wladimir Klitschko.

However there a select few who we expect to be able to do it on a regular basis, and a even more elite crew who we never expect to miss.

It's safe to say LeBron James- widely recognised as the best basketball player in the world- falls into the latter of these three categories.

And it's for this reason that it was so surprising to see the Miami Heat star prove that he is in fact human, and miss what for him was a relatively easy dunk.

James mistimed his dunk during the Heat's 99-98 close-fought victory over the Charlotte Bobcats only five minutes into the first quarter, leaving pundits and fans alike to wonder whether or not the forward is suffering more than meets the eye from the knocks he has picked up.

The Heat star, who boasts an unbelievable points record, was revealed to have tweaked his back on Friday and so may be struggling to play to his maximum potential currently.
