The Denver Nuggets appear favourites in tonight's clash with the Brooklyn Nets since the Colorado-based team have gone unbeaten in the last two weeks.

The Nuggets have been on a high, the latest victory 112-98 over Toronto Raptors in which Nate Robinson led the scoreline with 23 points, while five other players scoring in double figures.

The injury-ridden Nets pulled a rare victory over the weekend beating Memphis 97-88 with Brook Lopez returning after seven weeks with sprained ankle. He scored 20 points while Andray Blatche (21) and Joe Johnson (26) topped the list.

However, Paul Pierce (broken hand), Deron Williams (ankle), Andrei Kirilenko (back) and Jason Terry (knee) are still unavailable.

"Injuries are a part of the game," said coach Jason Kidd for Nets' official website. "You just hope that there are speedy recoveries. And for the guys in that locker room that can play, I believe in each one of those guys and that we can find a way to win until we do get whole."

The Nuggets have lost three of the last four match-ups, but the Nets lost their last four home games to mark their worst row since the opening of the Barclays Centre last season.
