Atletico Madrid have included six Chelsea stars on their January transfer shortlist, reports The Express.
The La Liga outfit are desperate to improve their attacking-midfield options in January and have now placed six of Jose Mourinho's stars on their shortlist.
As reported by Spanish sports paper Marca, the players identified as potential targets for Atletico include Juan Mata, Oscar, Willian, Andre Schurrle, Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard.
It had been reported that Atletico boss Diego Simeone had identified Brazilian ace Diego as his first choice target, however with his extremely high wage demands, he could now turn to Stamford Bridge.
Jose Mourinho may well be reluctant to let any of his stars leave the club in January, however with the likes of De Bruyne and Mata struggling to hold down a place in the Chelsea team, a move could become possible.
The Chelsea stars involved in a possible move to La Liga will be hoping to play a part in the Blues clash with Sunderland tonight.
Jose Mourinho leads his Chelsea team to the Stadium of Light currently sitting in second place, just four points off the pace at the top.
