LeBron James to star in first film alongside Hollywood celeb

LeBron James is set to take his career to even further heights by starring alongside Kevin Hart in a new feature-length basketball film.

The Miami Heat star, recognised by many as perhaps the greatest player in the world at the moment, has reportedly agreed to move to the big screen for the first team, following in the footsteps of the legendary Michael Jordan.

The film, entitled 'Ballers', will the see the 6ft 8in James cast as the brother of the 5ft 3in Hart and post-production is scheduled to begin in the NBA off-season at the end of the current campaign.

Accrording to reports the flick with see Hart take up the role of an average joe who is given the opportunity to step out of his superstar brother's [James] shadow when he attends a weekend fantasy basketball camp in Miami.

If his current form on court is anything to go by it may not be too long before we see James making more waves in Hollywood, and it's already been speculated that he could take the lead role in a potential production of Space Jam 2.
