Chelsea have set their transfer sights on two more Inter Milan players, according to reports.

The Blues have been linked with a move for defender Andrea Ranocchia in recent weeks, and now speculation in Italy claims Fredy Guarin and Mateo Kovacic are on the radar.

Indeed, Tuttosport claims that the pair have caught the attention of the Premier League title challengers, who could look to strengthen in the January transfer window.

Guarin joined Inter permanently in 2012 after an initial loan spell from FC Porto, and the Colombian has become a first team regular at the San Siro.

Kovacic, meanwhile, joined Inter in January of this year, and is one of the hottest properties in world football at just 19-years-old.

Whether the Serie ‘A’ outfit are willing to sell the players to Chelsea remains to be seen, and that is sure to be a major stumbling block for Jose Mourinho.

The Blues boss made a number of changes on arrival in the summer, bringing in the likes of Andre Schurrle and Marco van Ginkel to west London.

And, the Chelsea boss would continue the theme of bringing top young players to the club if he could lure these two to England.
