Mark Delaney is resigned to leaving Aston Villa in the summer as the club have shown no indication of invoking a 12-month option on his contract.
Technically Villa do not have to let the Wales international know until March 1 whether they want to retain his services.
Delaney, who has been at Villa for seven years, told PA Sport: "I´m settled at Villa. I´d like to stay here but, for me personally, I don´t think it is going to happen.
