Arsenal haven't proved anything in the Premier League yet

Yes, we all know that Arsenal are top of the League but can they maintain that position until the end of the season?

You may say that with Arsenal's current in-form players such as Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil that Arsenal are capable of ending the season on top but I would not be so sure.

Taking into consideration that Arsenal have only played three top teams can show that they may not be as good as people are made to believe.

Arsenal managed to stop Liverpool's run of form with a 2-0 victory but playing against a Chelsea side which had made ten changes to their first team should have given them confidence.

Instead they lost 2-0 to the Blues, showing there are improvements to be made in the Arsenal camp as they did not create many serious goal-scoring opportunities.

Finally, a win against a poor Manchester United side would have sent a message to the other camps that they mean business but were incapable of repeating what teams like West Brom, Everton and Newcastle managed to do.

Conceding a goal to a former club captain in Robin Van Persie once again showed that Arsenal are not as special as many people believe they are.

I'm not saying that Arsenal are a poor team or that they can not win the Premier League this year because there is every chance they may do, but we will have to wait until the end of the season before knowing that.

I am saying that people should not jump on the bandwagon too soon. To be considered as the best team in the Premier League you have to beat the best teams in the Premier League and Arsenal have not done that so far.
