Wales manager Chris Coleman believes that Aaron Ramsey's current displays for Arsenal put the midfielder on the same level as Gareth Bale.

"When you see what he is doing at the minute then why would you not say he is at a similar level [to Bale]?" Coleman told Sky Sports.

Ramsey has scored 13 goals in 22 games this season and looks set to continue this amazing form for a little longer.

"What he's doing at the minute is enjoying his football," Coleman added. "He's found his confidence again. He's always had the ability, he just needed to get the confidence back and he's got that. You can't be doing what he is doing without that and he's doing it in every game. If he's not scoring, he looks like scoring. He's involved in everything. Rambo looks brilliant at the minute."

Wales sit 44th in the FIFA rankings and seemed to be on the rise, but they keep having a topsy-turvy time with Coleman in charge. But with two of the best players in the world at the moment in their team, surely they can have some success by possibly qualifying for the next European Championships.

It's a possibility, I've got a safe bet on Scotland qualifying for Euro 2016 - so why can't Wales?

But anyway, Ramsey has been the best player in the Premier League by a long shot and his performances are the main reason for why Arsenal sit at the top of the table, five points clear of second-placed Liverpool.

Since Bale made his move across nations to Real Madrid, he has scored nine goals in 13 games, he is increasingly becoming the protégé of world-beater, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Coleman also praised Bale for his performances at Real Madrid and says that the winger is beginning to find his rhythm after a start which was hampered by a thigh injury.

At the end of the day, who would you decide is better: Bale or Ramsey? I would say based on performances this season, Ramsey has been better because of his sudden turn around of fortune after all the trouble after his broken leg, then the average performances, he finally has lady luck on his side.

But what do you think? Bale or Ramsey? Leave your opinions in the comment section.
