Marouane Chamakh

Football News

Crystal Palace striker Marouane Chamakh was an absolute menace on Saturday, along with striker partner Cameron Jerome.

The 29-year-old has taken a while to settle into life at Selhurst Park but he finally seems to be repaying the faith shown in him by the Eagles.

Chamakh scored his second goal in the space of four days to help his side bag the three points against Palace's fellow relegation candidates Cardiff City.

Palace may just have a chance of staying in the Premier League if Chamakh can rediscover the kind of  goalscoring form he showed at Bordeaux.
