Yes, that is one of the most bizarre headlines you've seen for a while - you need to thank Romanian side CFR Cluj for it.

Their recent 6-1 thrashing of Liga I opponents Săgeata Năvodari saw possibly the funniest opening two minutes seen at a football match.

It started with a Cluj corner that led to the ball being spilled by Săgeata goalkeeper Krisztian Pogacsics to the feet of defender Vasile Maftei just a yard out, but his reaction appalling and his attempt somehow managed to go across the face of the goal before being cleared.

Pogacsics relief was only brief, however, as the resulting clearance was picked up Damjan Đoković about 50 yards out and the midfielder's ball back into the box took a freakishly large bounce over the helpless, or hapless - you decide, 'keeper into the the top corner.

Remember, this was a game involving a team that beat Manchester United at Old Traffor din the Champions League a year ago - the words comedy of errors do not do it justice.

Watch the CFR Cluj miss a one-yard open goal that leads to a 50-yard goal above...
