Paul Di Resta's future in F1 has been thrown into doubt with the announcement from Force India that Sergio Perez, the former Sauber and McLaren driver, will partner Niko Hulkenberg next season.
Perez was unveiled today after speculation over who will get the other seat at Force India with rumours that Di Resta wanted to move to a bigger team.
There has been a number of moves already with Hulkenberg leaving Sauber, the retiring Mark Webber being replaced with Daniel Ricciardo who will in turn be replaced with Daniil Kvyat, Kimi Raikonnen replacing the Williams-bound Felipe Massa at Ferrari, Pastor Maldonado leaving Williams to join Lotus and young drivers Sergey Sirotkin and Kevin Magnussen being added to the roster.
All of this leaves Di Resta and fellow former Force India team mate Adrian Sutil without teams to drive for next season. Although talks are still ongoing and talented drivers like them will more than likely get an offer.
