Southampton boss Mauricio Pochettino has warned the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham that Luke Shaw is not for sale, reports Sky Sports.
Shaw, who is said to be valued at £30million, has been linked with a host of Premier League sides after making an impressive start to life in the top-flight of English football.
The England Under-21 star has been frequently linked with Manchester United and Chelsea in particular, as David Moyes and Jose Mourinho are both reportedly interested in replacing Patrice Evra and Ashley Cole respectively.
However both sides' hopes of signing Shaw, who signed a new five-year deal to stay at St Mary's in the summer, have been dashed by Pochettino.
The Saints boss, speaking before Southampton's match against Newcastle United, said on Shaw:
"They can show their interest. That's not something we control.
"But in this individual case he is not a player we are willing to sell. In a sporting manner, he is not for sale."
Manchester United and Chelsea will now have to switch their attention to the likes of Real Madrid's Fabio Coentrao and Alberto Moreno of Sevilla.
