Adrian Sutil the German-born F1 driver last season boasted the colours of Force India, but due to increased aspirations at Force India, he is now to drive for Sauber, reports Sky Sports.
His signing was announced on Thursday and the deal seems a promising, stable move for Sauber, however they are yet to announce who will drive alongside Sutil.
FIA have replaced Sutil and Paul Di Resta with Nico Hulkenberg who last season was with Sauber and Sergio Perez who last season was with McLaren.
Hulkenberg joined FIA last week, but the Mexican Perez only put pen to paper on Wednesday.
Force India finished 6th in the F1 team standings last season, but this time around it seems they are aiming for the sky, employing some of the two most hungry, talented stars in F1.
It seems almost a straight swop for Sauber and FIA: German for German, driver for driver, Sutil for Hulkenberg but who will be the more successful come Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi next November?
Only one place separated the two teams last season, but it seems as though the financial consumptions are different, with FIA managing to lure two of the youngest and proficient drivers in the whole of F1.
So the main question is will Force India be able to live up to their own ambition?
Even though the season doesn't begin until March 16 next year, anticipation continues to grow for the 2014 F1 season and it seems regulation changes aren't the only major changes in the sport.
