Derby County are on the rise in the Championship under Steve McLaren, they have some of the league's brightest products and continue to give them a chance to play regular first-team football at Pride Park.
Let's take a look at three of their shining starlets, with the trio all being tracked by a whole host of Premier League powerhouses.
A lot is being said about the 18-year-old-midfielder, who made his breakthrough last season.
He has already carried on that form this season and with 4 goals and 3 assists, with the highly-rated midfielder lighting up the Championship while catching the eye at youth level.
With his close dribbling and accurate passing he is a potent attacking force, but he has also proved that he can defend and help his team out.
He chases down opponents and breaks up play well. This is the reason why he is wanted by several Premier League clubs, which means Derby will do well to hold on to him in January and keep him as part of their Premier League push.
Often an underrated player, Jeff Hendrick is a real worker in the Derby team and he is a fully fledged Ireland international.
He has been a regular for the last two seasons but injury has stopped him from playing this season, meaning a gradual return to form and fitness in the current campaign.
Injury has restricted him to eight appearances so far this term, but when he plays his powerful running and accurate passing starts moves off well for Derby.
He plays just in front of the back four and breaks up play and tackles consistently for his team. If Derby want to succeed this season they need Hendrick to keep clear of injury.
Mason Bennett made his debut at 16 for derby and has made most of his appearances this season as a substitute, but remains a lively striker with high work rate and an eye for goal.
With one goal and a single assist he really is one for the future. With the talent that is coming out the academy Bennett and co. could soon be lighting up the Premier league if Derby nurture them right and keep playing in a confident team.
