Manchester United remain interested in Barcelona trio Cesc Fabregas, Andres Iniesta and Alex Song, according to The Daily Mail

The Red Devils have been credited with interest in a number of Europe's top midfielders in recent months and David Moyes hasn't given up hope of signing the Spanish outfit's stars.

Cesc Fabregas and Alex Song, who have both previously left the Premier League behind for La Liga, could yet make sensational moves back to England in 2014.

If either midfielder was to join David Moyes' side, then they would reunite with their former Arsenal teammate Robin van Persie.

Meanwhile Iniesta remains on Manchester United's radar as the Spanish international is yet to sign a new deal at the Nou Camp.

The Manchester United boss seems desperate to get a marquee signing to Old Trafford in order to help improve his side's inconsistent start to the season.

And a midfielder seems a priority with Manchester United continuously struggling in the middle of the park.
