GK - Thibaut Courtois (Atletico Madrid)

An unbelievable young talent, although his home club Chelsea play in an adidas manufactured kit, Courtois is out on loan at Atletico Madrid making him the best goalkeeper currently wearing Nike week in week out.

The youngster was named man of the match in the 2013 Copa Del Ray Final against Real Madrid, and was even voted best goalkeeper of the year in La Liga.

CB – Vincent Kompany (Manchester City)

The 2011-12 Premier League player of the season has been included twice in the PFA Premier League team of the year and is one of the most feared centre backs across the league. Manchester City adopted Nike as their kit supplier this season, and Kompany makes the team.

CB – Thiago Silva, captain (Paris Saint-Germain)

The PSG captain is a rock at the back. Possibly the best centre-back around, Silva is as the captain for my Nike XI. Leading a PSG side who currently sit at the top of the French Ligue 1 and have qualified for the knockout stages of the Champions League, the Brazilian has been included in the UEFA team of the year for the past two seasons.

CB – Gerard Pique (Barcelona)

The 26-year-old Spaniard has made 150 league appearances for Barcelona and just continues to improve. Along with Silva he is recognised as one of the best centre-backs in the world. The ex-Manchester United player has won four Spanish league titles with the Catalan club and has been included in the UEFA  team of the years for three consecutive seasons as well as the FIFA World XI.

RAM – Wayne Rooney (Manchester United)

Rooney has had a promising season so far, with Robin van Persie out due to injury for a while it was up to him to live up to the Dutchman's quality and he has thrived under the pressure that lies on him.

The Englishman has recently been moved to play behind the striker, and I feel with his level of pace, skill and creativity, he would be able to be moved out to the right of midfield. With eight goals this season in the league so far, Rooney will be looking to continue banging in goals and lift the Red Devils up from their bad start to the David Moyes era.

CM – Aaron Ramsey (Arsenal)

The man of the hour, Aaron Ramsey is lighting up the Premier League and living up to the potential that people have been long waiting to see. Pushing out the likes of Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla for a place on the starting 11, Ramsey is currently the league's top scoring midfielder with eight goals.

CAM – Mesut Özil (Arsenal)

In 13 league games for his new club, Özil has managed four goals and seven assists and is a real Premier League star. Possibly the if not one of the most talented players in England's top flight, the German is a definite super star.

Özil has fitted in perfectly at his new club and along with Ramsey they are ripping their opposition apart week after week.

CM – Xavi (Barcelona)

Seven time La Liga Champion and three time La Liga Midfielder of the Year, Xavi brings a touch of class to this vibrant superstar filled team. With years of experience at the top level of football he is one of the greats to ever play in his position.

LAM – Andres Iniesta (Barcelona)

You couldn't leave him out of any team, especially a Nike team because he's been wearing a Barcelona kit proudly for years. Iniesta's passes are almost perfect all over the field, forward, backwards and sideways, and he his creative ability drives both Barcelona and Spain forward.

The 2012 UEFA Best Player in Europe award winner will bring plenty of experience to a rather young and more skilful side.

CF – Sergio Aguero (Manchester City)

Aguero 13 times in 15 games this season, while the Argentine has also provided his team-mates with plenty of goal scoring opportunities picking up eight assists. Aguero has already managed to surpass with the amount of goals he scored in total last season and will be certainly be looking to improve on his already impressive tally.

Like Kompany, Aguero is a new addition to the list of players who are wearing a Nike team kit.

CF – Lionel Messi

The four-time Ballon d'Or winner, he has won 6 La Liga titles and has been included in the FIFA World XI six times, as well as being picked five times in the UEFA Team of the Year.

The Argentine is one of three players considered to be the best players in the world and will lead the line strongly for this Nike XI. He holds the Guinnes World Record for most goals in a year as well as being the first footballer ever to score consecutively against all teams in a professional league.

Joe Hart - Manchester City

Giorgio Chiellini - Juventus

Paul Pogba - Juventus

Arturo Vidal - Juventus

Yaya Toure - Manchester City

Neymar - Barcelona

Alexis Sanchez - Barcelona
