Ex- Phoenix Suns star Richard Dumas has been arrested on suspicion of theft in Arizona, reports ESPN.
The former Suns forward was among 151 people arrested in a pre holiday roundup and he's been charged with eight counts of organized retail theft.
Dumas, who played for the Suns before moving to the Philadelphia 76ers in 1995, faces charges from a Maricopa County indictment and is currently in Maricopa County jail.
However, it's not yet known as to whether the former NBA star has a lawyer and the Marshals Service are yet to comment on the full case after the announcement was made about the charge given to Dumas.
Dumas eventually left the 76ers in 19996 as he opted to ply his trade overseas before eventually retiring in 2003 whilst playing for Westchester Wildfire of the United States Basketball League.
NBA fans will now be waiting to see what the future holds for the former NBA star.
