Tottenham Hotspur winger Erik Lamela has reportedly been made a top transfer target by three of Serie A's leading sides, who all want to take the £30m man back to Italy in January if he becomes available.
Lamela arrived at White Hart Lane last summer for a club-record fee but is yet to make his mark in the Premier League, with 15 appearances for Spurs bringing just one goal.
The 21-year-old is still highly regarded in Serie A after bursting onto the scene with Roma and that reputation has been enough for Napoli, Inter Milan and Juventus to all show a strong interest in his signature, according to The Mirror.
Napoli boss Rafael Benitez is thought to favour a loan deal if new Spurs boss Tim Sherwood decides to offload, while Inter Milan are prepared to use Fredy Guarin a make-weight to force through a permanent move.
Juve are less certain on a move but will continue to monitor the situation, with rumoured Spurs target Mirko Vunicic another potential swap option.
Lamela did start Sherwood's first Premier League game in charge last weekend, a 3-2 win over Southampton at St Mary's.
