Diego Costa to Arsenal
With Nicklas Bendtner the only reserve, Arsenal plainly need another forward to supplement Olivier Giroud.
Arsene Wenger of years past could be expected to pluck a young upstart from the French or Italian division, a project to sit behind Giroud.
But with Arsenal challenging so impressively for the league title, and the credit card limit busted after the £42.5m acquisition of Mesut Ozil, who's to say Wenger won't do it again next year.
Diego Costa would be the most logical addition. He's been heavily linked to the Premier League, he's an absolute goal machine - 19 league goals in 17 appearances - and he's outscoring Cristiano Ronaldo in Spain.
At £32m, he looks a much better bet than Karim Benzema and with Luis Suarez all but off the table following his contract extension, he could be the ideal target.
Predicted price: £32m
