This week's pre-recorded Christmas special of Monday Night Raw came to us from Austin, Texas.

Mark Henry and Damien Sandow began this week’s Raw with build up to their Good Santa v Bad Santa match, reading their own versions of T’was the night before Christmas backstage.

Back in the ring and The Authority made their way out to welcome everyone to Raw Christmas, Kane was handing out candy canes and had an altercation with an audience member. Triple H and Stephanie then went through the main matches of the night before being interrupted by Randy Orton who also wished everyone a Merry Christmas and thanked the Authority for all of their help.

He then said he was going to give them a gift - himself. They then all hugged and Kane set the ring on fire.

Raw returned with all the divas in the ring, including Vickie Guerrero.

The Bella Twins, Eva Marie, Natalya and The Funkadactyls v Vickie Guerrero, Aksana, Summer Rae, Tamina Snuka, Kaitlyn, Alicia Fox.

AJ was on commentary for this match with all the other divas in Christmas spirit dressed in their various festive outfits.

Michael Cole called Cameron, Rosa Mendes to which AJ then told him he must be drunk. Inside the ring the match was flowing with Vickie poking Brie with her antlers before all hell broke loose and the Total Divas worked together running around the ring to eliminate all the other divas, Natalya then went for the sharpe-shooter on Aksana for the win.

After the match all the Total Divas danced in the ring.

Sin Cara v Curtis Axel

Before the match Sin Cara talked about how he had a big “L” for Axel tonight, the former Intercontinental champion took the upper hand on an in-form Sin Cara but the Mexican found a way out of his inverted bear hug and threw Axel out of the ring before flying out to him.

Sin Cara did then get the win after a back drop followed by a Swanton Bomb.

BACKSTAGE: Bad Santa, AJ Lee and Tamina were talking to a little girl, who told Sandow he had bad breath, Damien then told her that Christmas is cancelled.

When Raw returned, a Batista vignette was played claiming that The Animal returns to Raw on Jan 20th.

Daniel Bryan, Goldust and Cody Rhodes v The Wyatt Family.

Just three days after he was thrown from WWE loading bay backstage and forced to miss last week’s Smackdown main event, Daniel Bryan had revenge in mind as he faced the men responsible, whilst Goldust and Cody needed to prove they could beat the Wyatts after their pin fall loss on Friday night.

Bryan was tagged in against Rowan but the bigger man used his power and strength against him. The superstar of the year then called Bray into the ring before Raw went to commercial.
Goldust took the most punishment but Bryan tagged in and took the match to Erik Rowan until Bray interfered and took Bryan to the outside.

All hell broke loose and Bray and Cody were legal, Bray hit Sister Abigail for the win.

The Wyatts cleared the ring and were left in a three-on-one situation with just Daniel Bryan, the Wyatts continued to attack him whilst Bray muttered things about how “it didn’t have to be this way.”

BACKSTAGE: The good Santa was telling a child that Christmas wasn’t cancelled.

Raw returned with the WWE Christmas carol singing contest…Hosted by Renee Young.

Xavier Woods and R-Truth started it off with their rendition of Holy Night. Two thirds of 3MB were next with Drew and Jinder singing Jingle Bells and Santino and Khali then sang Deck the Halls.

Based on applause, Santino and Khali were announced winners.

2MB then attacked and the faces cleared the ring before singing We Wish You A Merry Christmas.

Dolph Ziggler v Fandango

A present on a pole match that was announced on the WWE App. Justin Roberts then told the superstars that the present is an Intercontinental title shot on Raw New Year’s next week.

For two superstars that have had some of the biggest pushes since their arrival, this was a pretty lacklustre match, and after Ziggler was thrown from the ring and his head hit the steps, Fandango climbed up and retrieved the present and the title shot.

Darren Young and Titus O’Neil were in the ring when Raw returned, Darren told the crown they were in Houston, when they were in Austin before asking the crowd to join in with “Millions of Dollars”.

Prime Time Players v The Usos

Throughout the match the crowd chanted “This is Austin” to remind Darren where he was, Darren gave a good showing, but The Uso’s picked up the win after a super kick and the splash from the top rope.

After the match all four men did the ‘Millions of Dollars’ dance

Good Santa Mark Henry v Bad Santa Damien Sandow

The battle for Christmas...And the headline of tonight’s Raw, Henry put Sandow’s head down a toilet that was found in the ring, and into a fire extinguisher.

Sandow then found a candy kendo stick and got his own back on Henry with it, until the world's strongest Santa took it off him and snapped it.

Sandow was then sent through a tree and attacked by presents before hitting the world's strongest slam/the sleigh ride for the win.

So Christmas isn’t cancelled!

BACKSTAGE: CM Punk joined Renee Young and told her about his issues with The Shield. He was then joined by Big E Langston who said he is handing out beatings.

A very excited John Cena then joined in and said he had found The Shield’s Christmas list, and Roman wants Big E to knock his teeth in, Seth Rollins simply needs an attitude adjustment, and Dean Ambrose needs a GTS, before all three men put their fists in and told The Shield to believe in that!

The Real Americans v Los Matadores

El Torito was dressed all in white tonight instead with Christmas lights on his tail. Cesaro hit his swing on one half of Los Matadores before the Spaniards then pulled off twin magic with the crowd chanting “This is boring.”

El Torito head butted Cesaro in a bad place, before Los Matadores got the win from the top rope splash.

Kofi Kingston v Ryback

The only good thing about this match is that it means The Miz and Kofi’s pointless feud is over, but Kofi still lost after a meat hook and a shell shock.

BACKSTAGE: The Shield talked about the three thorns in their side, but pain gives them pleasure.

CM Punk, John Cena and Big E Langston v The Shield

John Cena and Roman Reigns collided with one third of The Shield coming out on top with a Samoan Drop.

The Shield slowly picked apart the team but mainly focused on CM Punk and his injured ribs, Big E Langston wasn’t tagged in until the end of the match as The Shield tried to keep Punk in their corner.

Big E took on both Rollins and Reigns and went for the Big Ending on Seth but he crawled out. He then went for it on Ambrose and Seth kicked him in the face, Dean got a two count but John Cena broke it up and went for the attitude adjustment on Seth, Roman hit the spear on Cena and Big E finally hit the Big Ending on Dean but Rollins and Reigns forced the DQ when they both attacked.

After the match John Cena hit the AA on Seth and Punk hit the GTS on Dean.

That was Raw Christmas, the festivities are not cancelled so you can go back about your business as Raw comes back to us live next week in Raw New Year's and The Animal Batista returns in less than a month!!
