The glamour tie of this round of Premier League fixtures may have the highlight of Boxing Day, but there were still plenty of other mouth-watering encounters to attract our attention.
After 18 games we still have no certain idea of which team will win the title and who will fall down to the dreaded Championship.

Rene Meulensteen's Fulham made their trip to the rural county of Norwich with as the Cottagers looked for their way out of the bottom three. The Cottagers won the game 2-1.
Crystal Palace's resurgence resumed, beating Aston Villa 1-0 in a drab game, they move out of the bottom three, however both Fulham and Sunderland remain in the relegation zone along with newcomers West Ham who were convincingly beaten 3-1 by Arsenal.
Tottenham drew 1-1 with West Bromwich Albion with interim boss Tim Sherwood looking to undo the damage which was caused by Andre Villas-Boas.
Liverpool could not manage to beat Manuel Pellegrini's Manchester City and end the Citizens 100% record at home. The final score was 2-1 to the Citizens.
Just as we thought that Everton and Stoke were starting a good run of form, both lost. Sunderland beat Everton 1-0 and the nine men of Stoke were smashed 5-1 against Newcastle, who are now seriously a team to watch.
