RB: Pablo Zabaleta

Looking at right back, it was hard to look any further then Pablo Zabaleta. When you look at his price-tag back in 2008 when Manchester City bought him for around £6.45million, it seems like one of the bargains of the Premier League era. The Argentine has been consistent for Manchester City for over a few seasons now and his leadership was incredibly important this season as Kompany had his injury problems.

His attacking ability is complimented by his solid defensive work and is at the peak of his career at 28.
