Jose Mourinho may be one of the best manager in the world but he's made a massive mistake in letting Romelu Lukaku go, albeit temporarily.
With all of Chelsea's strikers struggling to find form and therefore the net, Jose must wish he had kept Lukaku at Stamford Bridge.
However there's no doubt that Lukaku will get more game time at Everton which will stand him in good stead for the future.
This is an uncommon way of thinking in football these days with young players taking a lot of responsibility and it can often be disastrous, with the player not reaching his full potential.
Lukaku is obviously one of the reasons Everton are flying so high but he has been somewhat overlooked this season. Here we take a look at his main strengths and what makes him one of the best strikers in the Premier League:
He's great in all attacking aspects of football - he can head the ball, strike the ball, and make steaming runs as well as some pretty neat passes. One of his great features is that he is two footed, he can blast in screamers with both his left and right foot!
2. Link up with midfielders
Romelu has shown how well he can link up with midfielders and supporting players with some world class link up play with the likes of Kevin Mirallas and especially Ross Barkley. All of the best attackers have feeders - Ronaldo's was Mesut Özil and Messi's is Xavi and Andres Iniesta.
He's incredibly young and only going to improve to probably one of the best strikers in the world! Many people forget his age because he plays like a player at their prime. At just 20-years-old, he is one of the hottest prospects around.
4. Physical ability
Lukaku's major strength is his sheer power he possesses. He can shrug players off and using his power to speed up his pace, meaning getting on to through balls all that easier. All 6 foot 3 inches of him stands above the rest.
The youngster has the evidence to back up the claims - he's scored 17 times for West Brom last season and notched nine goals in 14 games for Everton so far this season in the league. These are very impressive stats for such a young player and a loanee at that. He has also scored five goals for Belgium so far. These numbers prove he is one of the best strikers in the Premier League.
