Having made his league debut for the Gunners last season against Norwich, Serge Gnabry got his first senior goal in the 2-1 away win to Swansea, back in September.
Since then, the 18-year-old has had a taste for Champions League football, coming on late in the home defeat to Dortmund.
It would appear that Arsene Wenger is slowly nurturing this German midfielder into being a star player at the Emirates, with Laurent Koscielny tipping the youngster to make a real impact in the new year.
Gnabry was a trainee at Arsenal's academy and has recently signed a new long-term contract at the club, after impressing when given the opportunity this season.
Koscielny spoke on Arsenal's official page about the midfielders potential and ability, that could lead him to being one of the stars of the future.
"He has a lot of quality; he is quick, he has a lot of technique and he is so young so he has time."
With Arsenal currently sitting at the top of the Premier League, the opportunity to play for the league leaders will do a world of good to the teenagers confidence, playing alongside some of the world's best players at such a young age.
Gnabry also has fellow countrymen Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker and Lukas Podolski to aspire to, along with a handful of exciting German youth prospects in Gedion Zelalem and Thomas Eisfeld.
This will no doubt help the youngster feel comfortable at the Emirates and will surely bring out the best in him.
