The Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans Louisiana will be playing host to the 30th annual WrestleMania event on 6 April 2014 and, as time draws nearer, the WWE have now put some of their plans into action.

A leaked memo has revealed that the WWE are now putting together plans for WrestleMania XXX; the memo was sent to members of the creative team and we could see some of these plans come into fruition within the next couple of months.

Some good matches look set to appear on the night, but if you do wish to avoid any potential spoilers please turn back now.

As of this article, the plan is to have Randy Orton, who is set to remain as WWE World Heavyweight Champion, defend his strap against the potential Royal Rumble winner and returnee, Dave Batista. This means that the main event for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view will result in Randy Orton retaining his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against John Cena.

A number of options have been touted for John Cena, but the plan is to have him face off against the leader of The Wyatt Family; Bray Wyatt. Over the last week it was heavily rumoured that the match would headline the event, but that does not seem to be the case any longer.

There is also talk of Dolph Ziggler capturing the United States Championship from Dean Ambrose in the coming months, allowing Ziggler to defend the Championship against the returning Sheamus at WrestleMania.

The WWE currently has two plans for The Undertaker and who he is set to defend his streak against, the first is an obvious option which has been touted for quite a while; Brock Lesnar. If the two men agree to fight each other and put all their personal animosity aside, then the two will meet in the ring. But the preferred option is a little more interesting and could see The Undertaker as a heel, defending his streak against Daniel Bryan.

On the memo a 'Team Alpha' vs. 'Team Bravo' was also listen, but the words 'to fill' were next to that match, this means the WWE needs to decide on who to put into that match, this could be a male tag-team match or perhaps the continual Divas tag-team matches we are witnessing between a face team and a heel team.

As it has been heavily speculated for a number of months now, Roman Reigns is set to turn face and is scheduled to have a 'huge' Royal Rumble, this means a Kane/Kevin Nash-style Rumble where he will eliminate a number of opponents, and perhaps even last through to the final five or three. He could be set to team up against the Intercontinental Champion Big E. Langston as they take on Damien Sandow and Dean Ambrose.

Nothing was mentioned for CM Punk as the likeliest option for him to be facing off against Triple H, but if anything does drastically change and CM Punk is not able to take on Triple H, then the creative want Triple H to take on Roman Reigns. Obviously, if this happens then the tag-team match mentioned above will not be happening.

The other rumoured match is between Goldust and Cody Rhodes, the brothers have been wanting to face off at the event for quite some time and with Goldust now at the top of his career, this WrestleMania could be the one to finally host the match.

These matches are only rumours for very early plans, this means next week or even within the next two months the plans for WrestleMania could change, if and when they do we will be here to keep you updated.
