Friedel who joined Spurs in 2011 is finding playing time difficult to come by as he has only played one match for the Lilywhites this season against Newcastle.
He might be 42, but his age hasn't deterred him from playing at the highest level.
Whether Tim Sherwood rests number one French keeper Hugo Lloris and gives Brad Friedel some playing time is yet to be seen.
