Having completed the signing of Burkina Faso wonderkid Bertrand Traore as the January transfer window re-opened on Wednesday, Chelsea have now loaned the youngster to Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem.
Chelsea have once again worked quickly as the window opens to ensure they sign a player tipped for great things.
The highly rated midfielder, 18, who was first capped by his country at the age of just 15, heads to Holland in order to gain some valuable first-team experience on the European continent.
Having had a successful trial with the Blues before the beginning of the new season, he signs on a four-year deal from Association Jeunes Espoirs De Bobo-Dioulasso in Burkina Faso.
Chelsea have already sent six of their rising stars out to the Dutch side this season, and Traore will be hoping he can gain some vital experience if he is to rise to the main stage at Stamford Bridge.
Another highly rated youngster, Gael Kakuta, has also spent a spell with Vitesse but has now returned to the Bridge, along with Sam Hutchinson.
Chelsea and Mouriniho will be keeping a close eye on the midfield man, and fans will be hoping they have signed a rising star. And with a good role model in Michael Essien, he could well go on to achieve great things in midfield for the Blues, just as Essien has done in the past.
