Luc Castaignos

Football News

Aged only 21 Castaignos is one of the hottest young Dutch talents. He broke into the Feyenoord side in 2009 aged only 17 and scored 15 goals in 37 games over two seasons earning a move to Internazionale.

The move to Italy came too soon however and as of the start of last season Castaignos has been playing for FC Twente finding the back of the net regularly, supplying almost a quarter of his teams goals this season.

Compared with the great Frenchman Thierry Henry by the Netherlands under 21 manager
Castaignos is two footed and possesses an excellent footballing brain. Now two years older than when he last tried a move abroad perhaps now is the time for Castaignos to join a Premier League club.
