4. Tony Pulis

Since arriving in late November, Tony Pulis has done exceptionally well with his new Crystal Palace side.

When he took over, Palace looked almost certain for relegation but since then he's won four games, and is now in touching distance of the teams ahead. 

They sit 18th, only a point from Cardiff City.

Pulis has done a fantastic job to bring new confidence to the team, who look much harder to beat after Ian Holloway's gung-ho approach.
