2. Roberto Martinez

Since taking over at Everton from David Moyes, it was difficult to see how Martinez would vastly improve this Everton side.

However, Martinez has done brilliantly to sustain his side's challenge to the top four, and they're currently 5th.

Martinez somehow secured the loan signing of Romelu Lukaku who's been in excellent form, as well promoting Ross Barkley as a regular starter for his side.

The performances of Seamus Coleman must also be recognised under his new manager. 

Martinez has made Everton a joy to watch, and his side have gathered some impressive results against Manchester United and Arsenal notably.
