French keeper scores long-range goal from his own box

CA Bastia goalkeeper Antoine Philippon scored a sensational goal from inside his own box, in the 3-0 victory over La Roche-sur-Yon, in the Coupe de France on Saturday.

With the game still goalless after 90 minutes at Stade Henri Desgrande, the two teams embarked on a period of extra-time. And, it took until the 107th minute before the deadlock was broken, courtesy of a strike from Romain Pastorelli.

Stéphane Rossi's side then doubled their lead in incredible fashion two minutes later, as Philippon's long kick upfield bypassed his opposite number and into the net.

Pastorelli then grabbed his second - and CA Bastia's third - right at the death, to confirm in the end a comfortable win for the Ligue 2 outfit.
