Chicago Bulls duo Luol Deng and Carlos Boozer are both major doubts for their side's game against the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday.
Bulls power forward Boozer is currently nursing a knee injury while Deng is suffering from fatigue.
The aforementioned duo both skipped training on Monday and could now miss the Bulls' game at the United Center in Chicago.
Boozer was forced into sitting out the Bulls' 91-84 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday due to implications with his knee.
Chicago Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau confirmed after Monday's training session that both players could be out of their upcoming game against the Suns.
Speaking to ESPN, Thibodeau said on his two players: "Boozer's a little bit better today.
"He didn't practice. We'll see where he is (Tuesday). He's better today than he was (Sunday)."
Thibodeau would not be drawn on Deng's condition as he put the small forward's absence down to the 28-year-old needing a day off.
Chicago Bulls head coach Thibodeau will be hoping his star duo will back for his side's game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday if they fail to recover in time for Tuesday's clash at the Suns.
