Chelsea fan loses bet and gets John Obi Mikel tattoo on his backside

When are football fans going to learn that it’s never a good idea to make audacious bets before a game?

In recent years the internet has seen its fair share of funny videos and pictures which are the result of confident supporters making promises that they really shouldn’t be.

And the latest image doing the rounds via viral gossip is one that most certainly ranks amongst the most foolhardy or impressive, depending on where your views stand on funny tattoos.

Prior to Chelsea’s F.A Cup clash with Derby this week, Blues fan Lee Mitchell took to Twitter to make an incredulous wager based on John Obi Mikel finding the back of the net.

Mitchell tweeted: “If Mikel scores today I’ll get his name or the Chelsea badge tattooed on my arse.”

Given the fact that the Nigerian star has only scored four goals in 300 appearances with the Stamford Bridge outfit, one would have assumed that it was a pretty safe claim.

However, as is to be expected, the F.A Cup threw up a mathematical anomaly and Mitchell was left with a rather unsavoury mark.
