NBA superstar LeBron James took to Facebook to congratulate the Florida State Seminoles for the BCS National Championship victory over the Auburn Tigers on Monday evening.

The Miami Heat star wrote on his Official Facebook page: "Unbelievable game! Big ups to Tre Mason and Auburn but HUGE Congrats to Famous Jameis and the Seminoles of FSU!! Nat'l Champs!!

James, a two-time NBA champion, was referring to the Seminoles sensational come-from-behind 34-31 victory over the Tigers at the Rose Bowl in California.

Playing in the final BCS National Championship game before it becomes the College Football Playoff, Heisman trophy winning quarterback Jameis Winston guided his side to the victory on the final drive of the game.

A two-yard touchdown pass to Kelvin Benjamin with 13 seconds remaining all but sealed the win for the ACC team, their first title triumph since 1999.

As for James, his Miami Heat will be looking to improve to 27-8 when they take on the New Orleans Pelicans at the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, Florida tonight.

The Heat are currently on a two-game unbeaten run following victories over the Orlando Magic and Toronto Raptors.
