Fernando Alonso

At the time he was the youngest back-to-back world champion in 2005 and 2006 but Fernando Alonso still hasn't added to that list.

After a troubled three years after those wins with spells at McLaren and Renulat, Alonso joined Ferrari with the expectation of winning championships.

After four frustrating seasons with the Italian outfit and a contract extension still not being announced, time is ticking for the 32-year-old.

He almost claimed two championships during his time with Ferrari only to lose out in the final round on both occasions to Vettel.

Alonso is regarded amongst his peers as on the of the most tenacious drivers on the grid, it's a huge surprise that he hasn't added to his list of championships.

With speculation rising over a rift in the team and rumours of a move back to McLaren refusing to go away 2014 could be make or break for his Ferrari career.
