Manchester United boss David Moyes has been nominated for the Premier League manager of the month award for December, reports Sky Sports.
After picking up four wins and one draw in December, the Red Devils boss is in contention for the award alongside Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini and Everton boss Roberto Martinez.
Despite having a nightmare start to 2014 - having been defeated in three matches in a row - Moyes' team picked up form at the end of the year.
All four managers in contention are yet to win the award this season after previous winners Brendan Rodgers, Arsene Wenger, Mauricio Pochettino and Alan Pardew missed out on being nominated this time around.
However David Moyes doesn't have any of his players up for the player of the month award.
The stars in contention for the award are Liverpool's Luis Suarez, Manchester City trio Alvaro Negredo, Vincent Kompany and Yaya Toure as well as England duo Ross Barkley and Theo Walcott.
