With the Houston Texans hiring Bill O'Brien, Lovie Smith taking the hot seat in Tampa and now Jay Gruden being announced as the man to take Washington and RGIII forward, the seven casualties of Black Monday and its subsequent days has been whittled down to four.

The four jobs still available have their differing pros and cons facing the guy who will come in and take over what is essential a franchise that failed last season - the accumulative 4-team record for last season is 23-41 - hardly awe inspiring stuff and clearly enough to show why each owner took their drastic measures.

So here we take a look at the favourites for the openings, who has been interviewed so far, and what the new men will have to work with at the Browns, Vikings, Lions and Titans respectively.
