Jerry "The Logo" West

Jerry West was one of the most respected players in the history of the league. He was regarded as extremely clutch, although his teams regularly fell short to more talented Celtics teams.

After the 1969 Finals, when West played through a leg injury and put up 42 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists, Bill Russell proclaimed, “Los Angeles has not won the championship, but Jerry West is a champion.”

What a legend to leave behind that you actually become the logo of the league you played in (well your silhouette anyway)
