5. Guillermo Mota- 100 games

Mota first tested positive in 2006, and was suspended for 50 games.

His second positive test in 2012 was for Clenbuterol, MLB gave him a 100 game suspension, which effectively ended his career.

Mota was a 15-year veteran of the league at the time of his second suspension.
