Ever heard of the Nae Nae?

The latest dance craze to sweep America is become increasingly popular with professional athletes it seems.

Mark Ingram busted out the moves after scoring a touchdown during the Saints wild card win last week, and now Dwight Howard and his Houston Rockets team mates are getting involved.

Videos posted to his Instagram account show Howard practicing the moves in front of his hotel room mirror.

While Teammate Rob Covington  posted a video to the site showing a number of Rockets players entertaining the back room staff before practice.

Howard also teamed up with WeAreToonz, the group behind the dance (and song), to teach people how to perform the Nae Nae with style

And who says NBA stars have too much time on their hands.
