Chelsea and Manchester United transfer target Kurt Zouma could be on his way to England according to his agent.

The 19-year-old defender has been linked with a host of leading European clubs after emerging on the scene with Saint-Étienne last season.

Both Chelsea and Manchester United have been linked with the talented youngster in the past -  along with the likes of Liverpool, Inter Milan and big-spending Monaco.

His agent Alexandre Bonnefond has confirmed that his client has plenty of suitors, although no concrete bids have arrived yet.

He told "Some big clubs want him, he has offers from France, Italy and England. But at the moment there is nothing definitive”

Zouma has made 29 appearances for the Saint-Étienne first team over the last two seasons, and was an unused substitute in France's World Cup qualifier against Finland in September.

Previously another of Zouma's agents, David Venditelli, has suggested that Chelsea would be the perfect fit for the young defender, saying that he believes that manager Jose Mourinho would be the perfect man to guide his career.

"At Chelsea, Zouma could work with Jose Mourinho and he could help Kurt to make big improvement," he said.

"That's why Chelsea is also an interesting option for us. This [Loan Move to Etienne] could allow Kurt to end the season in an atmosphere he now know for years, while securing his future."

They could face competition from Manchester United for the young defender however. Recent reports have suggested that the Red Devils may still hold an interest in the player, and look to lure him to Old Trafford.
