Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc has refused to rule out a deal for Newcastle star man Yohan Cabaye.
Cabaye was linked to Arsenal and PSG earlier this season, but the only concrete bid Newcastle received from the Gunners last summer was swiftly knocked back.
The interest during the last transfer window seemed to upset the Newcastle star, who was briefly exiled before returning in style.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has ruled himself out of the running for the midfielder but PSG boss Blanc refused to do the same, reviving the possibility over a move to Ligue 1.
Reports are suggesting Cabaye who was unhappy over the summer could buy himself out of his contract and create a move to the French side.
Newcastle manager Pardew has said the claims do not bother him but PSG could potentially fan the flames and make a substantial offer for the 27-year-old.
In an interview when asked about the possibilities of Cabaye joining Blanc admitted the case isn’t closed and said: "Yohan Cabaye? Sometimes issues like this cool down or heat up then they cool down or heat up again."
Cabaye is extremely unlikely to leave St James' before the transfer window slams shut, although the possibility of a summer switch remains likely.
