Chelsea defender David Luiz is priced at 5/4 by Skybet to join La Liga champions Barcelona before 1 February.
The versatile Brazil international has been strongly linked with the Catalan giants in recent weeks.
Barcelona attempted to sign Luiz last summer but their opening £20.7m offer was rejected by the west London outfit.
However, the Daily Star claim that Barcelona will improve their offer - and tempt Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho into selling the 26-year-old - with an improved £29m bid.
Barcelona boss Gerardo Martino is keen to strengthen his defensive options ahead of the most important months of the season.
The Argentine will have also started planning for the departure of long-serving centre-back Carles Puyol, who appears to be approaching the end of his career.
Luiz seems to possess all of the required attributes to become a first-choice central defender at the Camp Nou.
The former Benfica star is comfortable on the ball, able to play in defence or midfield, and now has plenty of top-level experience thanks to his three-year spell at Stamford Bridge.
