This weekend we will see the NFL play-offs at their best. Sometimes the games before the Super Bowl happen to be better than the big game itself.

The Championship games will prove to be tight contests, as seen in the past. And more often than not, they come down to a crucial last second play.

This can usually come from a range of different sources, but one of the most common is a late game-winning field goal.

So here at GiveMeSport, we thought we would have a look at the top five game-winning field-goals from the post-season in recent history.

Kickers have to be mentally strong more than they are talented. Every one of these kicks can be kicked by all NFL kickers day to day in practice, but kicking under pressure is a different ball game.
